Potential tenants must complete a two-step application process to determine whether they are eligible to be added to our waiting list.

The first step is the Pre-Application to determine whether you are income eligible. If your income is not over our allowable maximum, you may move on to the next step in the process, the Application for Occupancy.

Please be advised that the turn-over for both the Ray's Road Family Housing and the Boonville Apartments is very low, and the wait for an apartment is often several years.
